The Old Spaghetti Factory

I've loved the speghetti factory for years! Since I was a teen. Back in the day, they knew how to cook speghetti. Now, it is subpar. Don't even bother unless you can't boil water at home. The speghetti was so wet and overcooked. I ordered the garlic mizathra, and it's my favorite. The first thing I always do is mix it all up to get the garlic and cheese everywhere, not just on top, and right away, I notice the water under my noodles. What? Didn't even dry off the noodles.
