The Old Spaghetti Factory (west Edmonton Mall)

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst I've ever had. It was drenched in dressing—way too much—and it tasted cheap, almost like mayonnaise, which was very unappetizing. The chicken also seemed a bit low quality, not the kind of chicken breast I was expecting. I felt disappointed to pay $20 for it. The salad looked decent in the photo, but it fell short in reality. I even took it home, which turned out to be a mistake. If I'm ever back at West Edmonton Mall, I won't be coming back to this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant with a group of six on a Wednesday evening. At first, they had forgotten our reservation, but they quickly found a way to accommodate us. It’s so nice to dine somewhere with reasonable prices! Instead of spending $100 for two people, we only paid about $140 for six of us, and the food was fantastic. They also took extra care to handle our food allergy, which we really appreciated. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next outing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Fantasyland Hotel after a long 11-hour drive and were quite tired. Our appetites were limited, so we ordered three meals for four adults and two children (ages 7 and 10), along with some sides and drinks. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Although the servers weren't busy, they didn't check on us for quite some time, leaving us with forks and spoons that had a thick layer of grease on them. We tried this Resturant for friends night gathering with 4 kids. The food and service was great, reasonably priced and portion of food were generous.Baked raviolis and meatball spaghetti were favourite as well kids drink and teas.Marshal was the rock star . He went beyond and above to ensure everyone have a fun night. And always ready to help us with any rush request.Great place with a great team. Highly recommended.

Amazing time at the Old Spaghetti Factory Edmonton. The service was great. Our server was kind, patient, and solid in her customer service. Those in charge of seating us were friendly and did their very best to accommodate our large number. In the end, we had to split up because it was a busy time that we went for supper. But they did their best. ?

Dinner with the family at the old spaghetti factory was fantastic as usual. The service is always amazing and the prices are very reasonable! Everything is included (soup/salad/bread) with your meal. I had theChicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli and it’s was delicious!

Had a nice dinner with my sister and girlfriend, food was phenomenal and the service was even better. Sasha did an amazing job and I hope she finds a huge bonus in the near future. She left us a very nice receipt and was very friendly with all of us. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was top notch, made us feel welcome the moment we entered until we left the restaurant. It's too bad I didnt get the name of our server. We ordered New York steak with spaghetti, the steak just needs a little bit more seasoning.

Great food! and our waitress was amazing, very large portion sizes and unlimited bread!! would come back again, only thing was very loud inside, but it’s in the mall so understandable.
