They brought us out the home potatoes that were definitely took the day before and they triedto heat them back up still cold in the middle. Today I called in 40 minutes prior to my arrival because I was in a hurry and wanted to be sure everything would be ready. Sure enough when I got there they said they didn't have an order for me. When I showed them the number I called was correct they just shrugged it off. I had to place a new order and wait for the food to be cooked. I brought these concerns to our waiter’s attention, but my wife was so turned off by the syrup that she stopped eating completely. Even when the owner came by, the waiter failed to mention our complaints to him. We ended up paying full price for a breakfast we didn't enjoy, while I noticed the busboy asking the waiter about the customers with all the leftover food at their table. It's unfortunate because The Original Pancake House has so much potential, but this location really fell short. The menu could use some improvement to match the brand's reputation.

I don't want anyone to go here. That way I won't have to wait in long line. To eat their very good, large portion food. Coffee was good also, even when busy service was attentive. Would have been 5 stars but their plates cups come to the table withlarge chips missing some were sharp. bad show.

I really love this breakfast place! I think it's even better than the ones in Anaheim. I prefer going on weekdays since it's less busy, and the service is exceptional.
