However, when I arrived right at opening, the place was chaotic and disorganized. The two hardworking staff members at the counter were completely overwhelmed, and it appeared that the manager—a dark-haired man in a Pie Hole shirt—was unhelpfully milling around, distracted by his phone while the employees struggled to keep up. There seemed to be others in the back who might have been able to assist as well.
I felt really sorry for the two staff members, as the operational issues and lack of support were really a management problem, and none of it was their fault. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for them to box the pies, which weren’t labeled. To...
Wow! So where do I even begin? The only reason why I would come here is because of their pie holes and pies DURING HAPPY HOUR to save $2/slice because who in their right mind wants to pay $8+ for the tiniest slice of pie!? Well we learned today that they are not making pie holes anymore, they didn't have the chocolate pie that I wanted and there is NO MORE HAPPY HOUR. Good luck staying in business and keeping your customers happy. OH and your earl gray slice tasted old and stale.....awesome for the price I paid. Off to buy desserts at Pandor and Urth cafe instead!! WAYYYY more value for your buck and stuff tastes actually fresh and not old and stale.
Nice place on the corner, at one of the 4 ends of the Orange Circle. They have coffees, teas, pies, tarts and more. There are some standard pies and a new flavor. We tried 3 Early Gray, Lemon Cheesecake, and Caramel Apple. We all agreed the Carmel Apple was the best (we had it warmed too). Very friendly service. Laid back, cool music and lights set the tone.
I used to savor the Mexican hot chocolate pie, but was so disappointed in both the portion size and flavor today. Lacks the coffee whip and sweetness it had, now has a strange bitter/spicy aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy at all.Overpriced. Will probably not be coming back to what used to be my favorite spot at the circle.

I received a frustrating excuse that their oven shut down 30 minutes before closing, so they couldn't heat up my slice of pie. What’s the point of a cold slice of pie? Next time, just be honest and admit that you cleaned the oven before closing and didn’t want to bother putting a pie in and cleaning it again.
The Pie Hole in Orange is a unique take on baked pies. They offer traditional pies but also have a variety of hand pies, pie holes, and quiche, both sweet and savory. The staff is friendly and everything we bought was delicious. We will be back to try other flavors!
There's always so much to choose from when we enter this pie shop. To not go overboard on sweets we usually just buy one or two slices to try out. Once again the pie slice was delicious and the texture, sweetness, and flavors were just right.

The BEST Pie Hole Store! The service, coffee, and pies were exceptional! I tried the Abuela pie, and it was deliciously rich with just a hint of spice. This is definitely one of our favorite spots!
