This father and son food truck operation has been here for more than 10 years. I don't know how long I discovered it around 2008. It is located on the eastern edge of the marathon gas stations parking by foot from the Trailer Park, on the street side of Highway 81, and Brockton Lane, where the South Highway 101 connects. It is a lively area for a rural crossing. The only terrible thing in this place is his name. The rib cage is not the most appetizing, unlike its most appetizing grill. And they cheat the prizes. I mean, a huge pulled pig sandwich is $6 in beans and delicious Coleslaw another $2.50. A full rack of ribs with all fastenings, and I mean a FULL RACK, which is much more ribs than...

A very solid 5 stars. Cherry smoked grill, enormous portion sizes, simple menu with a focus on quality. I don't care that beans are baked. Barbecue sauce was excellent; sweet and mild. Coleslaw was well balanced; sweet, tangy and creamy, without being drippy or runny. Killebrew root beer and cream soda is a great note. Fast, friendly service and no ruffles excellent grill. You're only open in summer, so don't be the idiot who gives a star because he went off season.

If you love bbq you should stop by. Their sauces are very good, i love the hot bbq sauce! Cole slaw good. Big pork sandwich covered in the hot bbq was great. I also really liked the ribs a lot. Great flavor and cooked perfectly tender. Staff was very friendly! I will gladly come back!

I live in Vegas but travel for work as an electrician. Staying in hotels in ND,Minn and Illinois means eating out ALL the time. Vic's Rib Cage is hands down GREAT FOOD. I had both the Ribs and Chicken Ribs were VERY good..but the chicken? This was THE BEST chicken I have ever had. Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing! We moved out of the highway on a whine and what a lucky case. The ribs and barbecue sauces were amazing, the people were nice and they had a trivia game going! Can't recommend this place enough.

After 8 hours drive, this place is like a stop! The ribs and smoked buffalo wings with blue cheese were delicious. We paired the meat with the good Monti Golden Light Beer with Nordic brews.

Just had the BBQ pizza today. WOW!! This was absolutely fantastic and a change from any other pizza I have had. And pair that with beer from Nordic, you got yourself a great meal.

Ribs bomb chicken bomb slaw good beans ok don't care for the sauce it's the kinda vinegary kind not a fan but you might be the meats are great though! Reserva una mesa ahora
