We were booked in for lunch in a group of Bellringers. I had previously visited to check out the pub and was welcomed and had a drink and beautiful ham sandwich. We were very impressed that we did not need to preorder our food, which we have often needed to do as we were a group of 12. The menu choice was extensive. I was amazed that a special 2 course choice was only £6.00, The quantity and quality of all the food ordered was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this venue.
The Talaton Inn is a fantastic country pub. Dog friendly. Great service and food in a lovely, friendly atmosphere, watch out for the steps to the loos though!! We all had a great time here.
