The Tea House - Reservar una mesa

Enjoyed the luncheon very much. Although cloudy and cool, we were protected from the breeze and once the metal chairs warmed up, it was fine. We did dress appropriately as we knew it would be a cool day. The food was delicious. One member of our group was gluten free, and he had a great choice and enjoyed his selection. We had soup and sandwiches, all of which were excellent. One member had the salmon and salad which he quite enjoyed. The service was top notch. Our waiter, a lovely young man, was very pleasant and attended to us wonderfully. Overall, we enjoyed the day, walking through the gardens, having lunch in a very scenic spot and then completed the day with a tour of the grand house. Thanks very much.

Very unique venue. Superb food. Amazing desserts. Stunning gardens. They need better signage from the parking lot. A couple of propane heating towers would have made for a 5 star experience, as it was quite chilly in the shaded tea house. They could have stopped the cross breeze by closing the doors on the back wall. Wasp traps would also have helped to detract them from our dessert!

Our waiter was amazing, the food was pricey but tasted good. The brushetta was delicious as a starter. The view is beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the dessert, I ordered the strawberry shortcake and I expected it to taste a lot better. Also it wasn't layered with strawberries like a traditional strawberry shortcake.

The venue is very beautiful and the food was delicious with generous portions. I highly recommend the Tea House restaurant. Our server was very polite, attentive and personable.
