I am rating this particular location solely on its customer service. My boyfriend and I were greeted by a young man at the door whom by the way, had his pants sagging and we could see his underwear. Being both old school, we found his lack of professional business attire offensive. He seated us at one of the table booths with our menus and utensils. While waiting for our waiter/waitress, we reviewed the menu. 15 20 minutes later, we were still not greeted by our waiter/waitress assigned to our table. The Toasted Yolk experience at this location has been the best. Our server was on it!! Super fast, friendly, informative and kept checking in to making sure if we needed anything else. The atmosphere was amazing compared to the First Colony location. I felt more comfortable without all the screaming kids. I had the Southern Fried Arnold and I absolutely loved this one so much more. I was able to get the hashbrown casserole without the onions. I was very happy about that. The fruit that came with it was fresh and sweet. So good. I had 2 of the Strawberry Orange Mimosas and they were perfect. One came with a strawberry on the rim and another one came with a slice of orange. Both were amazing....
It was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks to check for consistency. Both times were very good. Food service were good. Stephen was server this time he gets thumbs up for helpfulness and attentiveness. I had the Ruben sandwich and spouse had the 1/2 lb burger fries. Very tasty and cooked well fries were crunchy good. Will go back for sure to try the breakfast options pancakes waffles in particular.
Absolutely love the service, huge shoutout to our waiter Steven(young man with great talent and attention to detail). Our food was superb and freshly awesome. The atmosphere was calm, brilliant sunlight and decor is well thought.Vegetarian options: Fresh and delicious, farm to table ingredients and definitely guilt free.
