A fantastic local pub right in the heart of Thornborough! This pub features two distinct areas: on the right as you enter, there’s a cozy snug complete with a fireplace, while the left side offers a more lively space that includes a pool table. Friday nights bring out some intense competition at the pool table, but everyone is welcome to join in! On Fridays, the Howe Co Fish and Chip van makes a stop here, allowing you to enjoy their delicious food inside the pub. Plus, there’s a spacious beer garden outside, perfect for those warm summer evenings!
My parents are huge fans of this pub and took me there during my visit. It's a fantastic spot with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It feels like everyone knows each other, but they are still incredibly welcoming to newcomers. You immediately feel at home!

Charming little village pub. I can’t rate the food since we didn’t stay to eat, but the atmosphere was very welcoming and the locals were friendly. The village itself is also quite pretty.
This place only offers bar snacks, but the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is fantastic. The lovely backyard is a great addition!
