Amazing food and really nice ambience. The owners are friendly and offer great service. Remarkable for the positive feelings it leaves you with. The customers who attract them are also a sound package. Beautiful family environment. Fantastic quality of seafood. I only wish the restaurant area was opened longer, as it would like to come for lunch and dinner. Would 100% recommend this hidden Brighton gem
Amazing seafood! My friends had oysters which they loved. We shared the calamari which was delicious. I tried one of their specials which was brown crab sauce on corn on the cob , with a bowl of chips (ordered separately. It was beautiful. My friends had the scallops which they adored. If you like seafood, this is the place to go!
the first waitress could not explain to us the “Specials menu” and not understand the wein we had demanded. fortunately another waitress had come to serve us, and everything went nice and smooth. we had both oysters, scallops, squid, chips and lobster. all boiled to perfection! comes back definitiw.
The Urchin is a beautiful, inconceivable pub that serves large shells in a very pretty garden. Warm staff, delicious dishes without the pompous presentation. Delicious seafood. Crab was delicious, even if a scary nightmare was to eat. The Malaysian shrimps were in a curry sauce pick, but not hot. A relaxing place with a good selection of drinks. We were best accommodated on a Saturday afternoon without reservations!
Amazing seafood restaurant near Brighton. Highly recommend! Perfect pub and restaurant vibes. The crab was so good. Service was 10/10, so friendly. I'd recommend 2 starters and 1 main, maybe 2 sides. Enjoy! :
we did not book on Saturday afternoon, which of course meant that we had only to sit the outside garden. that was in order with their external heating. eating was quite delicious the crayfish crab cocktail
