The Vermillion Room

This was a rather disappointing experience. I want to be very clear that I appreciated the wait staff and that my review is not a reflection on the waiters. They were working hard and truly trying to accommodate a very busy time. It was obvious that the kitchen was overworked because the food was subpar for a very extraordinarily long wait. A meal which should have involved maybe an hour hour and a half at most was a three 3 1/2 hour meal and I can honestly say nothing was extraordinary. The muscles were in a broth that felt like they had poured some tasteless broth into it at the last minute. We stopped in for brunch at the vermillion room. The brunch had a huge variety of foods, vegetarian options as well. Pancakes were great, the fresh whip cream was absolutely amazing!Staff were very friendly and helpful.This brunch buffet is absolutely worth it for the price, top quality food with a great variety.I'll definitely come back again.

Enjoyed a great meal of steak and seafood. Our waiter, Terry, was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our time in the Vermillion Room. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and we were treated to a dessert at the restaurant. We felt very special thanks to our waiter, Terry, and the hotel management. Thank you!

An absolutely memorable brunch in the 360 Dome experience!! Neil was our server and he was FANTASTIC!!! He made the whole experience, with his humor, his attention to detail and his great personality!!!The food was fantastic! And the views were incredible! A must do!!!!!Thank you Neil!

A great experience for our last night in Banff. Pre dinner drink in the bar and a great meal. Not as expensive as you might think and worth every penny. Stunning location and stunning views. Restaurant elegant and service very relaxed. Highly recommended.
