The Wagon Wheel - Reservar una mesa

I've been visiting the Wagon Wheel for over 30 years, and I wouldn't choose any other place. The rustic charm, complete with lovely linen tablecloths, cloth napkins, and cut glass wine glasses, creates a delightful dining experience. The food is outstanding, prepared fresh, and they're always willing to accommodate any special dietary needs, offering a wide variety of options. The staff is consistently welcoming, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of hand-painted candles they gave out for Mother's Day. If I could, I would definitely give them a perfect rating!

I've visited this restaurant several times over the years and have always experienced impeccable service. It truly feels like a step back in time regarding service and manners, which is increasingly rare these days. The food is fantastic, and there are plenty of delicious sweets to choose from, both classic and contemporary. It's a real shame to learn from the owner that he will be closing the restaurant this year; it will be hard for anyone to fill his shoes. Although it's a bit of a drive from Cheltenham, it's well worth it. I can't wait to return!

On Saturday evening, I had dinner and couldn't resist trying the Dover sole on the menu. It was beautifully cooked, and the service was wonderful. The wine list was exquisite with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing! I've been here several times, and I always receive a warm welcome. The food is consistently perfect, whether dining in the bar or the restaurant. The portion sizes are very generous, and I have never had a bad meal. Highly recommended!

Went for dinner on Saturday night, Dover Sole on the menu could not resist, beautifully cooked service wonderful, nice wine list to select from. Highly recommended.

This is a welcoming pub with friendly staff, and the buffet was excellent. I will definitely return!
