Lovely restaurant serving classic French cuisine in cosy countryside village decor. Ample choice on the menu, with many daily specials. The dishes were very well executed and service traditionally formal. Large portion sizes for all dishes ordered, making three courses perhaps a little much in terms of quantity. The food was excellent, the service was flawless, and the prices were reasonable. The venue was nice, although it can get a bit loud due to low ceilings and small rooms. However, it has a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Dining experience was for lunch and cost around £50-£60 per person.

Am amazed that the Venture In Restaurant has not been awarded the Michelin stars rating it truly deserves. This is the best restaurant in the area. I do however miss the traditional white table cloths Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Perfection. Superb menu, well executed. Several daily specials in addition to a varied menu. Service was outstanding too. Lovely ambience, traditional decor and in a pretty village. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £60–70

The food at this restaurant was delicious from the appetizers all the way to dessert. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend dining here for dinner. The price per person is around £70-80.

This place has amazing food. However they don’t like people who dine alone. Can’t get a booking for a table for one at all. Hence the 3 star. It’s unfair for travelling customers who maybe alone. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food and service at this restaurant is excellent. It's definitely worth a visit. For just £38, you can enjoy a three-course lunch with tea/coffee and petit four.
