My lamb was a bit too red and had to return for more heat. That was okay because it still tasted good when it came back. The veggies were perfectly braided and caramelized with a hint of sweet. Toms Quail Cordon Bleu was encrusted with blue maize flour spices, with green chili and melted white cheese in the quail on a spinach bed w/ onions. The Quail was so tender that he fell off the fork. The portion sizes were perfect... not too much and not too little. - The “Valentines Oreo crusted red calf cake with caramel drowned” literally melted in our mouth and was so juicy and creamy. -The “Valentines Clementine Posette” was an explosion of fruit, nuts and smooth creamy custard, a fresh exciting aphrodisiac of aromas in your mouth. -Beide Desserts are serious 5-star cook special desserts. - The fresh delicate rose in the glass with the romantic candle for a perfect reservation for Valentine's Day with the love of my husband and roommate, Tom. -I give this restaurant 5 stars for combining flavors, perfect pairing of foods, size of portions, pleasant staff and ambience.
