Tout a été dit sur le cadre, la vue, le lieu, l'accueil, le personnel, tout est impeccable. Niveau cuisine là aussi c'est du grand art. Après on peut finasser sur les détails, et vu le tarif, ce sont les détails justement qui font la perfection ou pas. Donc quelques bemols viennent légèrement ternir un repas qui sans cela est parfait. Tout d'abord une carte des cocktails un poil vieillissante. On y trouve tous les classiques, mais pas vraiment de création maison, c'est un peu dommage. Ensuite le taux d'alcool des cocktails, plutôt élevé. Pour une fois que ce n'est pas dilué me direz vous... Mais j'ai été surpris. Et au cours du repas j'ai été surpris du peu de légumes accompagnant la sole me...
Fantastic location (we opted for a sea-view room with a small balcony), overlooking beach and harbor, with a nice private little path down to one of the prettiest soft sand beaches. Style is classic French, but clean (if the birds and dog at the reception do not disturb you). Very pretty garden with sun beds. But it can be windy and cold there, even in summer. Friendly staff; almost family style. Good boutique hotel; recommended for lovers of “vintage interior design”.
