The service was extremely disappointing, and I urge others to be cautious, as it seems the staff doesn't care. Luckily, my niece and nephew were about to drink those drinks, and we caught the issue before it was too late. I wonder why the barista didn’t stop using the faulty machine and replace it. This could have resulted in serious consequences for customers.
I haven’t returned since that incident, and I have no plans to ever go back. I cannot recommend this place due to their poor service and unprofessional behavior.
The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is spotless, and the atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed. It truly feels more like a cozy local café than a bustling Starbucks. The Horchata Frappes are delicious, and I also tried the hot mocha, which was excellent—perfectly balanced, not too sweet or bitter, and just the right temperature. I really appreciate that! It's a fantastic spot for studying or hanging out with friends and family. The outdoor seating is lovely as well.
They need to offer online ordering and a loyalty program. Parking lot is big but with this pandemic it’s not being utilized. They need to widen the main entrance, too many people are banging up their rims when the drive thru line gets long because drivers hug the curb. Their customer service is fine. Not a diamond experience but they do their best. Coffee can be a hit or miss.
I visited Terra Mia for the second time using the drive-thru, and I was not disappointed. The horchata latte was delicious, and the guava cheese pastries were delightful. I highly recommend it! The customer service was excellent as well.

I was looking for a coffee shop, and this place is truly beautiful. It’s a fantastic venue that could utilize the space even more effectively. The coffee was excellent, but the muffins could use some improvement.
Ordered no actual food. Just some very tasty treats. Drinks that we ordered tasted amazing. If you like Starbucks, this is like it, but the options are very very different and delicious.
Need to come back and try all the macha drinks!!!! Nice employee?s. The cubano iced with oat milk I got is what I needed to start the day!????????

Real good coffee has gone strong to 4 different locations and all met the brand wished they had one in the southern bay area
Drive thru is CRAZY packed, line inside is long but the people love this place!
