I ordered from the reduced menu due to the hurricane, getting a chimichanga that only came with chips. No one asked if I wanted salsa, which every other Mexican restaurant normally includes with chips. When I found out they no longer have a salsa bar, the server told me salsa costs extra. I paid for it and mentioned that who eats chips without salsa or queso? She then brought me just a small quarter-cup of salsa. I waited, expecting the rest of my order, and after 15 minutes, she finally brought out a tray with the chimichanga and chips scattered on it—no utensils included. I had to ask for a fork and knife. 08/30/2021 I arrive at 11:15 and ordered right away. The were out of Coke so I had sweet tea. The place was empty except for the server. I wait 30 minutes and still no food. It just came out. I let the server know it was the longest wit I have ever had at any Tijuana Flats. She dropped the food and said Sorry we just have trainees in the back. My tea was empty and we did not offer a refill. The queso was skimmed over and cold. The steak enchiladas were warm and tasted great. The consistency of the sauces caused my container—holding food, chips, and tacos—to become soaked and mushy, which was unappetizing. Even the chipotle salsa was thin and runny, almost devoid of flavor. I've been going to Tijuana Flats for over 10 years, and I've never encountered this issue before.
I reached out to the restaurant to express my concerns, but they dismissed my feedback and treated me as if I were lying or exaggerating, which felt quite rude. I'm not satisfied with my experience and plan to contact corporate to get their perspective on this situation.
Our first visit to this location, and it had a very chill-axed ambiance. We were surprised that it was not packed, but found out we snuck in right after the dinner crowed. Very clean with polite employees and awesome food. Each location is differently themed, but the friendly staff and delicious food is always the same. This is our 7th TF location we've been to, and we hope to eventually visit the remaining 130 in our great state of FL! #GOKNIGHTS!

We dined as a group of six and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Trinity, was incredibly friendly and made sure that all of our orders were just right. Each dish arrived exactly as we had requested. The restaurant was spotless and offered a wonderful ambiance for a family meal.
To be honest, the food was disappointing. I wish I could get my $15 back and go to Taco Bell across the street, which would have been a better choice. The burrito was cold and unappetizing. On the positive side, they took my order and prepared my food quickly.
I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and an extensive selection of sauces, from mild to extremely spicy. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving Mexican cuisine—it's much better than Taco Bell!
The chimichanga is reliably tasty, but at nearly $20 without any sides, it ought to be. The spicy salsa had a nice smoky flavor but fell short on the heat. Additionally, the "atom bombs" were largely hollow.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The service has been outstanding. My only minor issue is that the Mug children are hard to come by. I truly appreciate the extra effort put into the donations for Pride Month.
