I wish they offered nutrition shakes. When I asked the cashier about them, I was told they don’t have any. I gave a one-star rating simply because, as a new customer visiting for the first time, I received a blank stare when I introduced myself. When I inquired about the nutrition shakes and received a negative response, I felt disappointed. I haven't tried any of the food, so please don't judge my review based on food quality alone.
Ordered 3 bowls on doordash, only received 2. I called was offered a free bowl card after giving my name number, next day showed up w a new order in hopes of getting the card, employees had no idea what I was talking about. They said they would remove one bowl from the transaction, but did not. This stuff is pricey I would’ve preferred a refund instead since the ‘free bowl card’ is essentially what you already paid for.
I've only had their bowls once and they were pretty tasty.The fruits were fresh and the bowls were filled.I had the sunrise and my daughter had the Hawaiin bowl ,both were good.I thought the service was good ,no complains. The girls were young but seemed nice. I'll be back and hopefully unlike the other reviews I'll have the same pleasant experience.
The pitaya tasted freezer burned. A little disappointed because I've only heard great things and was so excited to have a location nearby. It wasn't even busy because it was during the day on a weekday. The fruit on top was still frozen as well. The lady who made my bowl was very nice though! Reserva una mesa ahora
I have been going to Playa bowl on a weekly basis and my girlfriend was like let?s try this place. We now have our new spot! Customer service by Jackie and Carmine was truly exceptional! My favorite part is when I asked them to surprise me and they did it which Playa bowl refuses to do.
Visited this place on numerous occasions their bowls and smoothies are absolutely awesome. Great alternative to ice cream. If you?re craving something sweet and different this is the place to go.

Should have locked the door if they are refusing to service a customer 5 mins before close. Also, a sign saying they don’t do anymore orders after a certain time helps A LOT. Reserva una mesa ahora
Much cheaper than Playa Bowls because the bowls in Tiki are smaller but no compromise in quality.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
