I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff seemed more interested in goofing off, and the worker had whipped cream all over their face. When I got to the window, I specifically ordered all blueberry glazed donut holes to fill my Halloween bucket. I mentioned that if they couldn’t provide all blueberry, they could mix in some chocolate glazed. However, when I received my bucket, it was filled with regular glazed, sprinkle glazed, and just a few chocolate and blueberry donuts—only three of each. If I had known I would get a mixed selection, I wouldn’t have ordered the donuts at all.
I went in this morning and ordered 6 egg sausage cheese on muffin sandwiches and two blueberry and two lemon muffins. $31. Waited for the sandwiches (good/fresh! . Was given the bag and politely thanked. The bag seemed small to me so I asked if this was my whole order. Yes, they said. At home I told my guests how great TH was! And then found 3 sandwiches as ordered and 3 on biscuits. The bakery muffins were missing. What a terrible experience. I’ll not be back. Lobby is closed, little to no selection in doughnuts, ordered a doughnut (only 3 choices available, I guess better than none. ordered a croissant too or at least tried to. Not sure if her headset wasn’t working but had to say croissant 3 or 4 times before she understood I wanted a croissant and a doughnut. Ended up just leaving with a croissant she forgot about the doughnut. Service: Takeaway
I highly recommend their donuts and panini sandwiches. For takeout breakfast, it's an affordable option at about $30–50 per person. The food deserves a perfect score of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also rated 5. The atmosphere is inviting with a solid 5 as well. Be sure to try the Blueberry Timbits, Grilled Cheese Panini, and Bagel!

The staff was satisfactory and met my expectations. However, the menu was underwhelming and quite bland. The drink selection was limited, and the specialty cocktails didn't stand out. Honestly, I would prefer gas station coffee over what they offered. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 1.
We arrived a few minutes before they opened and the manager was on top of his game and let us come in and order. The last time we had Tim Hortons it was in Nova Scotia. They have great donuts.
