Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was consistently disappointing. There is always at least one issue with the basic service, whether it's forgetting to include an item with your order or technical problems preventing you from using the loyalty program. Beyond the challenges of getting your order correct, the layout of the restaurant itself is poorly designed. Expect delays not only from food preparation but also from drivers trying to turn left onto the busy road out front. Unless you're in urgent need of just a coffee, I would suggest going to a different place nearby.

I'm honestly confused by the employees here, how difficult is it to understand a small peppermint tea with 2 sugars and a large WHITE hot chocolate with a chia tea bag inside? we got a small normal black tea and a large hot chocolate, not white hot chocolate or chia tea bag. The funny thing is the girl taking the order had to go get someone else to speak to us cause she didn't understand what we meant, clearly neither understood what our order was. The service at this location is horrible and insanely slow! The woman at the window rushes through taking the order only to make you sit for over 10 minutes just to get the order. They don't listen to what you're saying and mess up orders. If you can go to a different one, just do it. Don't waste your time here!

I really enjoy the steeped tea from Tim Hortons, but I've had several occasions where this particular location has served me the worst cup of steeped tea I've ever had during my morning commute. The location is convenient, but there is no restroom available. The service was terrible; they didn't listen to our order and got everything wrong. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
