So first off it’s normally slower than it was today in the drive-thru. However today was smooth and quick service. I usually avoid this location because I’m usually in a rush and it takes too long at the drive-thru. Today I had an important work meeting and was feeling down because I’m struggling with medical issues. Kimmy was at the window when I pulled up and asking me how my day is and super bubbly and a breath of fresh air. It actually changed my mood entirely, she even made sure to put a sleeve on my cup so I don’t burn my hand walking into my meeting on the fresh hot cup. Just wanted to leave a review namely about an employee there today. The whole store was packed. Busy, the employees were all doing their very best to move fast and keep all of the customers happy. My family decided to stop in after hockey for a quick breakfast. My daughter accidentally dumped her chocolate milk. It went everywhere Nikita, amazing as she was came over and happily helped us clean up, made my daughter feel better about her lost chocolate milk and less embarrassed about the spill in general, all with a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanour again despite the business of the shop and the general chaos. Thank you Nikita! You rock :
From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my order and made sure everything was just right. Throughout my visit, she checked in on me to see if I needed anything else and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make it as positive as possible. Overall, I was extremely impressed by Khushboo's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She's an asset to the Tim Hortons team, and I look forward to visiting again soon!
I comme to this timmies all the time since it is right next to my house and school, and usually the service is good like good enough but today it was incredible. It is my first day back to school so I came to Timmies for lunch and a worker I’ve never seen before helped us and she was awesome, super friendly, confident and brought our drinks and food out super quick, didn’t quite get her name but I’m pretty sure her name tag said Kaylie or kylie! Super great service, can’t wait to see her next time!
