Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

Just wanted to leave a review namely about an employee there today.The whole store was packed. Busy, the employees were all doing their very best to move fast and keep all of the customers happy.My family decided to stop in after hockey for a quick breakfast.My daughter accidentally dumped her chocolate milk. It went everywhere Nikita, amazing as she was came over and happily helped us clean up, made my daughter feel better about her lost chocolate milk and less embarrassed about the spill in general, all with a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanour again despite the business of the shop and the general chaos.Thank you Nikita! You rock :

It's a busy intersection and this Tim Hortons is very popular in the area, nevertheless staff is doing great work to keep up and show attentive and caring service, so I don't quite get negativity in some other reviews, and somehow they always have my order right, but I worked in customer service before and I know there's always somebody just wants to be upset about anything, that's psychology. Me and my wife pass by it on the way to work and back, and it's always great to stop by and get a little bit coffee and tasty snacks. Many thanks to manager and all employees for great work, keep on smiling! :

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my order and made sure everything was just right. Throughout my visit, she checked in on me to see if I needed anything else and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make it as positive as possible. Overall, I was extremely impressed by Khushboo's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She's an asset to the Tim Hortons team, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is the 3rd time i’ve gone to this timmy’s, as it’s on my way to work, but it’s horrible I will be taking a detour to another one from now on. Each time i’ve been here, my order has been wrong or poor quality. Today my sandwich was cold and my coffee was extremely burnt tasting. Also the gal taking orders at the drive thru is less than friendly each time i’ve gone. disappointing to say the least… Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent server Sophia, she was so amazing. She waited for me to pick. Long line behind and was the only one out front to deal with me without any rushing. Followed strict procedure when handling donuts but let me know with courtesy. Agreed to add chocolate drizzle on top of hot chocolate. Also gave me a box to carry my food home! Amazing!

Use the drive thru, the in store service is very slow. Line up always seems to be outside the door. Frustrating when all you want is a coffee and the cashiers keep leaving their post.

A very enjoyable space that is comfortable, and good food too purcase. Staff is friendly and will give you plenty time too go online. Bath rooms are kept clean.

They are extremely good with they’re good best timmies I’ve been too yet honestly , but they are always extremely packed due to being near the highway

This Timmies is so slow. Stuck in the drive thru for 20 min. Absolutely rediculous.
