All of fav donuts are available in this store. Phenomenal staff+Great communication with each customer.Clean and bright store. Plus it has a good vibeYou can come here dine in sit for 10 mins. The customer service was very poor. I inquired about chicken strips, but was informed that they no longer offer them. When a different staff member was called over, I asked again, and the original employee started laughing. I found that behavior disrespectful and unprofessional.

The best Tims around. Lucky to have them close to the house.The staff are all awesome. They make stopping in daily enjoyable. There are quite a few locations in town, but I'll stop here everytime. It's worth skipping the drive thru, and taking the fee seconds to go inside.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons in town. There’s no drive-thru at this location, but I actually prefer going inside. I’ve never had an issue with my food order here, but I can’t say the same for the other Tim Hortons in Bradford.

Service is terrible .... always the same at least when I am there .... asked for a tray the other .... server literally threw it at me and I ended up putting the coffees in the tray myself .... really poor service
