Order Ice Coffee and told her to put less ice. But they don't want to listen... When they served the coffee, she (server) put so much ice. Then I told her to put less ice because they gave me to much. After she just poured all the coffee down the sink then gave mehalf glass of coffee with less ice ...doesn't have the mood to argue so just accept it...order two donuts and muffins for family and she supposed to give separately but no put all in one package so that coconut, sprinkler and cake get all mix together.....Lady who was serving looks like doesn't want to work (epitome of Lethargic)and somebody forcing her to work...should get fired... Negative customer service

They did not put bacon on my BELT. My (B=BACON) BELT. When I went back and politely asked them to put it on, they begrudgingly gave it to me- and a manager came out of the back to tell me “for next time” that the (B)acon (E)gg (L)ettuce and (T)omato breakfast sandwich “does not come with bacon”, and that I have to ask for it and pay extra. I asked what the B stands for in BELT, and was met with a blank, unsettling stare.This happened 6 months ago and the anger I felt in that moment still haunts me to this day. I am writing this review as a form of therapy.

Order was messed up for a simple hot chocolate.Ordered a HC after a long drive from Banff, as I picked the order via drive through with other couple of items, I realized that they messed up HC after driving for about 10kms away. It was just hot water which I had to discard being hungry .They should not be doing this, especially when there are very limited coffee shops after a long drive. Irritated with this service ?

We purchased a 10-pack and a 20-pack of assorted Timbits, but they were all filled with only 3 varieties! Disappointing. The staff were friendly, but service was quite slow. Parking is shared with a hotel in a building attached to a gas station.

Food was ok. Jalapeño slice a little cold but didn't send it back as they'd forgotten to give it to me anyway. Are your staff happy in their jobs? Not the impression we got. A few more smiles would go a long way.
