Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

This location is absurd. At 5 pm with a full staff they take one car at a time one a major intersection. Literally don't even take an order just instantly ask you to wait for no reason and usually 5 plus minutes. This is one of the oldest locations in this city and the only one that will ask you to wait for no reason, rarely give you the correct order, have their own unique greeting about being a pleasure to serve me and their management clearly does nothing to retrain or curtail these practices. This location could really use some cleaning. The windows, floors, and trash area need attention, and the tables should be cleaned more frequently. Everything feels dusty. The layout and bathrooms are inadequate as well. I believe it's time for a renovation. In the meantime, grab what you need and leave quickly.

Possibly the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my entire life. It doesn't take this long to make a steeped tea.And you can't blame it on understaffing. There's like five people working here, but all of them seem to be circled around the hot chocolate machine.

The muffin wasn't as fresh, warm, or tasty as I had hoped. The coffee was decent. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement.
