Best steak we have had for a very long time. Medium rare and cut like butter it was soft and tender. Chips and salad as well. It was a good sized meal not massive but a good portion size. Aydan looked after our table well and staff were cheerful and friendly. This is no longer a theatre restaurant but a local pub keeping the ship theme inside. I did hear there will be a sports bat going in upstairs which will be a great asset. Live music from Gareth Huggett on the night made for a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back. I can imagine heading down to the beach and walking over later for a meal. Check the photos for their new phone details.
Despite several email attempts and phone calls to this organisation I am yet to receive response. I really don't care, I just want my money back now and I am disappointed that my friend and I will not get to experience what I remembered to be a memorable night.... The ship must have really sunk if they are not returning peoples calls/ emails etc. The Titanic has definitely gone south and has left its patrons in the dark in to sink. I guess I need to kiss that $200 good bye never again will I entrust to go on such a ship!
Bought my parents a voucher to go see this dinner show. Tried contacting them by phone/email, without a response. Their automatic reply to their email said they would reopen the end of January 2022, but it appears they have not and no sign that they will. How are we meant to get a refund for the money we have spent on this? Over $200! Does anyone have any experience? Very disappointed in this company for not keeping customers informed at all and not offering refunds.
Yes, it in a former life was a theatre restaurant that replicated the titanic voyage. While the iceberg and other external props have gone the hotel is under new management and operating as a pub. Nice you get past the decor what you have pub with great food, exceptionally pleasant and congenital staff and host. This is a pub that needs to be visited.
