I've been participating in the Thursday taco ride to Tobey Jack's Mineola Steak House for tacos and margaritas consistently for about a decade. We also make sure to stop by during multi-day bikepacking trips and other group rides along the trail. I really enjoy the overall ambiance, and I especially love when they have live music on the patio. If they could enhance their bean taco offerings, I would come even more often! Thank you for being such an essential part of southwest Iowa for so long and providing riders with a fantastic destination on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail every day.
