I was fortunate to stop in this well-trodden establishment while walking the streets of Philadelphia. Maybe it 's my Italian heritage, but I felt a sense of home as I was greeted by my Italian paisan with the glorious Philly accent! In my mind, I coined this gentleman the Pope of Pizza! So let 's talk about this delicious mouth-watering NY style slice. It 's divine, my friends! Just the right amount of crisp to send your tastebuds into a tizzy! As I departed, I exclaimed 'Arrivederci mi amore! '
My go to pizza spot. I don't like the name, (NYPD... in Philly?! but I can overlook it. If you're looking for the fancy trendy stuff with weird toppings and cute interior decor, this ain't it. If you're looking for a fresh, hot, traditional slice of pie that has great flavor and just the right thinnest and crispiness, THIS IS IT! Their grandma pizza ain't bad either! Def worth popping on for a slice, you won't regret it.
So I went here to grab dinner for my son and I. I knew they had good pizza in the past, so I wanted to try it again. I ordered a white pizza with broccoli, and my pizza was so doughy in the center that I had to put it back into the oven. And on top of everything, it was 20 dollars for 6 slices. I definitely won't be coming here again.
To start this off i enjoy the pizza my Favorite is the buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken pizza garlic knots. Nice location friendly staff pizza is always good with many selections to choose from i enjoy it for a quick slice while im on break

Really good pizza. We were looking for thin crust cheese pizza to share with our grandson, who is a picky eater. The pizza was perfect and the guys behind the counter were very friendly and had a great sense of humor.
Requested for red sauce and they followed through. Pizza was fireeeee, came hot and fresh! So delcious with humongous slices. Enjoyed it so much!
The best pizza in the area! Dough is always fresh and the pizza is delicious! New York style Italian pizza.
Definitely the best and most genuine ny, neapolitan pizza you can in philly. Highly recommended.
