Our first experience with Toppers pizza was in North Bay, ON and the pizza was amazing. We frequently ordered from them for 7 years. Two years ago, we moved to Belleville and tonight we received the worse service ever, from the manager.2 out of 3 family members in my household have celiac disease, so ordering pizza from a trusted restaurant is difficult enough. We don’t order out a lot and when we do, it is a treat for us. Also, have never called Toppers with a concern, until today.This evening, we placed an order and unfortunately found when we got home and opened our pizza boxes that one of them was not made as per the mobile app order.I called the number on their website and was transferr...

my wife and I are hooked with extra sauce on the thai sensation. Although I have problems with gluten and lactose, this pizza is worth leaving once a month, my strict nutrition. last week I tried the gluten-free crust pizza with (lactose-free cheese). there is no GF/LF pizza anywhere that is as good as a normal pizza. but that was the best GF/LF pizza I had. the crust wasn't like pappe, and the topping was not bad. we never had a problem with the service. in fact, once we ordered the usual Thai pizza, and another pizza was delivered. we called and the Thai sensation was delivered. we paid the second pizza and we should keep the first. You can't beat that!

If you are Celiac DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They refuse to be accountable for huge mistakes. Saying gluten free is a big promise. Manager looks on the video and says she can see the GF crust being taken out of the freezer so it must be something else in my life but then apologizes and says sorry it won't happen again....kinda contradictory! I verified when ordering and at pick up! NO ACCOUNTABILITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Will be reporting to the local health unit and posting reviews everywhere!

THE PIZZA IS QUITE TASTY BUT SERIOUSLY SALTY...I NOTICED A LOT OF SALT IN THE TOMATO SAUCE. EVEN SMALL PIECES OF BACON THROUGHOUT THE PIZZA (CANADIAN) WERE EXTREMELY SALTY.NEXT TIME I'LL BUY MINE FROZEN IN THE GROCERY STORE SO I CAN CHECK THE AMOUNT OF SALT ADDED.ALSO WHEN I ORDERED BY PHONE....... THE GUY WHO PICKED UP WAS IMPATIENT. 25 BUX LATER FOR AN EXCESSIVELY SALTY PIZZA.

this place is the best pizza in the city. Not only is the pizza top note, with great ingredients, but the workers and drivers are also great people. in all my time with them I never had a single problem*. this is great at a place like belleville, where in the ground everywhere commanded are grounded, rude or both are standing!

This restaurant serves the best BBQ Chicken pizza in town! I would give it a 5-star rating if they offered hot peppers as a topping or add-on option. They allow it on other pizzas, just not on their best one.

Pizza is always great and ready on time. I need gluten-free and it is very good. Friendly is service. Recommend it highly.
