I brought my parents here on Saturday night. the place is clean and the waitress on the staff super sweet. they placed a small paper menu, then a laminated menu on the tables for us. We ordered from another paper menu. eating is good, I'd come back for a quick bite, but then we asked for the check. There's a problem here. the prices are not so advertised! Not even were we told a roll that would be advertised at $10.00 actually $12.95 no where on the 3 menus the prices were either darkened or the quote prices that were changed without notice. we felt like sacrifice when we had already eaten and now we were stuck with a bill that we did not expect. the waitress noticed us to look and then said...
I will go a head and give 5 stars I was going to give it 3-4 stars because the menu price is now what they are charging. As you can see of my garlic albacore roll I was charged an extra dollar and for the calamari roll I was charged an extra almost 4 dollars then what was on the menu. She did let me know ahead of time that the menu price wasn't correct. I told her I needed to know what I was paying ahead of time. While at first she say it would only be about one dollar to 50. Came to this place because I 've heard great reviews. I arrived put my name down, no acknowledgment from any worker what so ever. There are already a few people ahead of us waiting, we see open tables available for seating. About 30 mins pass by and the people before us start leaving after we haven 't been helped/acknowledged... We finally get seated and the server comes back to tell us SORRY, WE CAN 'T SERVE YOU, WE ARE OUT OF RICE like whattttt!?!? What sushi restaurant runs out of rice!? And if you see you 're running low on rice and aren 't going to be able to feed the people waiting... communicate and let us know! We wouldn 't have been waiting there wasting my time! So unprofessional!...
I've been coming here since I was a child and it truly has always been a welcoming place with phenomenal staff and even better food. It feels like coming home seeing smiling faces and having something special made for us to try at the bar. Plus they always have the good sports on so I'm never bored! Can't wait to go back soon because I'm already craving it again

It appears to attract a small group of regulars who seem unfazed by the slow service and average food. The service is quite slow, which is a shame because this place has great potential. However, they seem to operate on a tight budget, which holds them back. If they invested a bit more effort, this restaurant could really thrive! It's a missed opportunity!
I've had their food via takeout and also dine-in. Both experiences were fine. The service was great, but the food is just mediocre. There really isn't anything that stands out. Especially if you plan on dining in, it is just dark and grungy feeling. If this is your only option for sushi, I suggest take out. As for me, I don't plan on returning.
Very nice people who work here even though there are only 3 of them. The service is pretty slow but we didn't mind because the food was good. The salmon was my favorite and i've never had it that buttery and soft before so I was surprised to have it from here !! Also very cheap for us brokies:
I ordered takeout from here twice, and both times I had a wonderful experience. The customer service is excellent—very friendly and efficient. There's nothing overly fancy about the place; it's just good food and great service.

I absolutely loved her baked salmon roll! The only downside was that they no longer offer the heart attack roll, but that's okay because her sushi is still fantastic!
