Overall, if you are here for sushi, then yes please come. Other stuff? Absolutely no. The appetizer of glass noodle is kind of weird and not very suitable for a starter. The katsu curry (pork) is absolutely a disaster. The cabbage should be cold and refreshing but the reality is it is hot and weird. The amount of cabbage is too little for the dish. Talking about the protein, it is my first time having such a bad pork katsu, dry pork in curry soup.somewhat black??? Just BAD. The curry is also not the kind I like. It feels like it's been thickened. The only good thing about the dish is the rice. The service is okay. Although I wish they ask me how I feel about the food.
The best sushi around! Look no further. Seriously. The fish here melts in your mouth. We usually go to Roslyn or Great Neck for Sushi but after hearing about Torigo, we decided to give it a try. SO glad we did! The Crunch Roll from the special roll selection was our favorite. And the lunch special combos can?t be beat. Looking forward to coming here again and again. If you love sushi and you?re reading this, add it to your bucket list. Torigo is extraordinary.
It's a small and cozy place to dine. It was busy as we have a party of 6 and last reservation it at 6PM. It was busy for a Friday night and people were lining up outside the door by 6:30PM. The service was fast and the fish looks flesh. Price is moderate but we got what we paid for. Will consider this little sushi joint in the near future.
Lunch time here is a quiet time for great food. Miso soup is a nice starter after a cold walk. The lunch Bento Box (mine was Chicken Teriyaki this time, but all of them are solid choices) is a lot of food, all very fresh and delicious. The service is attentive and pleasant.

Really great quality and such an expansive menu. Ordered for take out and the wait wasn?t too bad, about 40 min for a large platter. Make sure you go on their official website (torigorestaurant.com) the prices and menu are most up to date on there.
The food here is absolutely delicious. The woman who took my order was super nice and the guy who checked me out was very pleasant too. Food was packed perfectly and safely too. Great experience with food and staff. Will def be ordering again.
Very disappointed as I wanted to like this place. For the price of the beef teriyaki there is so much fat that I couldn’t even eat it. Almost every piece had huge chunks of fat.
Definitely go for the Omakase. The sushi here is super fresh, delicious, and served at the perfect temperature. Some of the best sushi outside of Manhattan. Never disappoints!
