Ordered tortilla for a quince with a week in advance. The day of pickup, the tortillas weren’t ready nor made, and no one let us know the situation till we arrive for pickup. The lady working at the time was rude. Her excuse was that the machine wasn’t working and complaining that there wouldn’t be fresh tortillas for her other customers. She didn’t give no apology nor tried working something out. We had to pay the waiters working the event and extra hour because everyone was waiting for the tortillas. Again, there was no apology, nothing was given for the inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
