Trattoria Zaza In Birm

First time eating here. Was doing work at a business suite in the same building. Walked in on a whim. Was greeted by a nice lady who took the time to give me some background information on the building and its origin, and even gave me a few recommendations on things to try. I ended up ordering two slices of pizza. Tried the original cheese and the meat lovers. Both slices were fantastic. The crust is different from most pizza places but was delicious and both soft and crunchy. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back to try other things on their menu.

I feel bad I've been here 4 times now and have yet to try the pizza but their mac and cheese is literally my favorite ever. I just don't want to miss out on it every time I visit BHM.

Love their salads with adding shrimp, only wished they would take the extra energy to clean the shrimp, they’re never cleaned. Which is a shame.

I love this little place! It's very informal, unpretentious, the food is absolutely amazing and creative, and just overall has a cool vibe.
