Tres Potrillos Mexican Restaurant And Tequila Bar

I’m going to try to be nice, but I can’t guarantee that’s gonna happen. I’ve tried this restaurant several times, and I’ve been underwhelmed by the food each time. I ordered a fajita with chicken pineapples and shrimp (I think it’s called the Hawaiian fajita. It came with refried beans, Mexican rice, sour cream, and lettuce . I don’t understand how you can make refried beans that are bland. So was the chicken and shrimp in my fajitas. The saving grace was the sour cream, lettuce and pineapple with fajitas vegetables. I’m so disappointed I wasted $25 on this meal. I really really tried to give it a second chance and hoping that maybe the first time I went there was a fluke. Refried beans that...

We went to dinner at a restaurant in Wytheville, VA;same name and logo. Food there was outstanding and we expected the same with this restaurant but very disappointed. We went at lunch here. All the food was very bland. The salsa was very also tasteless more like just some tomato sauce with little spice. Even though few people in restaurant service was slow to point we thought we were forgotten. We will give it a try at dinner to see if it's any better. Will say the margarita was A+.

Nice Mexican restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and tasty dishes. I had the Burrito Chicago and my wife had the Burrito Potrillos. Both were very good, although, I think I liked the Burrito Potrillos that my wife ordered more than my burrito. I'll have to try it the next time, which means we'll be back for sure. We ordered the queso Fundido with Chorizo for an appetizer, and it was also delicious. Very enjoyable meal and experience. Cost for the 2 of us was around $50.

I was recommended this place by a coworker from Germany. Initial service was fine but we never saw the waiter again. Table of 7, no chip, salsa, or water refills, the waiter never came back. I never got the beans for my order but no one ever came back for me to inform. We wanted more chips, salsa, water, and margaritas but no one ever came back. This is my second time here. The first time it was dine in and we had to continuously asked for items that was part of the meal. The second time was take out. And the kids chicken nuggets were very over cooked! They didn’t give a dipping sauce nor ketchup for fries! This one reason why i wait to tip. I will not be back!

Great food, service, but I wouldn't recommend sitting in a booth. The air in that area doesn't flow well and I'm usually cold so I carry a jacket everywhere, even the grocery store. But I was so hot I couldn't really eat.

The corn burritos were soggy which made burritos not good at all ,but the chicken was very seasoned, rice was okay. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. Atmosphere was okay.

Best Nachos in the world. Must try OMG cheese nachos everything else is really good too! Good portions and good prices.
