Kaylee Hess was an uplifting and positive person to meet. After me coming after a long day of driving I was unsure of what to get but Kaylee knows that menu like the back of her hand and helped me find exactly what she thought I would like! I even got her to write it in my notes what I got so next time I could come and get the same thing. Thank you so much Kaylee and thank you Twistee Treat for having such great employees.
Such wonderful service by Kaylee. She was extremely accommodating in taking our order and making recommendations. She even went as far as to give our group a cup of water and provided us with paper napkins and wipes. Good service is becoming harder to find and Kaylee is an example of great service! Kaylee, you are amazing, keep it up!
I absolutely love this place! I stopped in for a quick treat, and it was incredibly delicious! I had the strawberry swirls with sprinkles, while Nabeby enjoyed the chocolate swirls. Everything was just perfect! The service was very friendly and fast too!

The seats and benches were damp when I arrived about an hour and a half before closing, making it uncomfortable to sit. However, aside from that issue, the food was of good quality, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly.
Every time we have gone recently, they open late, and the customer service at the Pinellas Park is horrible. The main girl has bright redish /pink hair. Never go to this location!
It has been a while since I have been here and it didn't disappoint. I had a vanilla cone. Medium. They don't cheap out. It was larger than I remember. Great flavor and creamy
