I was really excited to attend a cooking class at Uncorked Kitchen as I had previously visited the place only for its wine and food, never for a class. The theme of the class was Spring Dinner Party, which included making arugula salad, salmon, risotto, and lemon tart. The class for two includes a bottle of wine, which can be upgraded to a better one for $50 per person. We had some time to settle in and order additional drinks before the cooking class and dinner, and snacks were also available. The front desk staff was very friendly and I thought we were off to a good start. We were sat at a window table and the view was amazing! The waitstaff was friendly (enough) at the beginning. Then it all went downhill. Once we placed our original order, we didn’t see our waitress again until she picked up our check, which another waitress dropped off. The manager dropped off our food and got offended when we asked for salt and pepper. We would’ve stayed longer to enjoy the view if we were asked if we wanted another glass of wine, which we were not. Because of the short and dismissive service we will not be going back.
I would rate the service at this restaurant a 5 out of 5. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our dining experience.
As for the atmosphere, I would give it a 4 out of 5. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance, but there were a few areas that could have been improved to make it even more enjoyable.
This restaurant in the Denver Metro area is one of my top choices for cocktails and food! The staff is incredibly friendly, the menu is outstanding, and they always serve up delicious and unique cocktails. It's a regular hangout for us and the view of the mountains is exceptional. I have never experienced such discrimination in my life. If you are a person of color, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. The owner is disrespectful, unethical, and immoral. The parking situation is terrible. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 5.

Chef Zoe did a fantastic job! Guiding our group through the menu, educating, and adding humor throughout! Chef Hunter was also great, teaching and correcting our mistakes. Will absolutely be back!
