I took my partner on a date night on a Friday evening. In short, we had a fantastic experience. We started off with the chilled zucchini soup – fresh, palate, cleansing, and very refreshing. Next, we got the scallop crudo and black truffle chicken wings which were incredible. Highly recommend. For mains, we got the salmon and swordfish. The salmon was the star of the entrees in our opinion with sweetness from the sweet potatoes and crunch from the broccoli rabe. The swordfish, however, was a bit dry and less seasoned in comparison, though still good. We got half pour wine pairings with each course all recommends were on point! We sat outside on a nice day, so the ambience was good and the service was fine. Our issue was the food. My wife and I used to love this place so much we called it “our place” when deciding where we wanted to eat. This visit changed that. The food was all completely bland. My wife ordered off the cob corn that was $10 and it tasted like unseasoned corn and nothing else. She also ordered a burger which was bland. I ordered the duck which had no flavor. On top of that, our favorite dessert, the bread pudding was taken off the menu. We were there early enough for happy hour, we each had one drink, we each had one meal and we split a happy hour appetizer and the bill was still over $100 for blan...

Union Kitchen continues to impress. Comfortable booth seats in a candlelit dining room with live music that wasn’t too loud. The cocktails were cold and the food was delicious. Hard to pick between the small plates but went with our servers recommendations of pork belly and the baby gem salad. The tarragon vinaigrette is to die for. For our entrees we had the duck and the eggplant. Both dishes were pieces of art and even tasted the part. We ended our meals with an after dinner drink from an impressive selection of spirits behind the long marble top bar. We will be back. And soon.

Another amazing meal at union kitchen! We had the chilled zucchini soup which was super fresh and flavorful and the pork belly app which is a can’t miss. For entrees we enjoyed the perfectly cooked and seasoned duck breast, it was sweet from the corn with a hint of spice from the cherry peppers and the pork Milanese which was crispy and well prepared. Food was great. Everyone in our group ordered a different entre, and they were all yummy! Cocktails were perfect. It was fairly loud with good energy. Would definitely go back.

This restaurant continues delivering fantastic food. Tasty selections, beautifully served, paired with great alcohol or non- alcoholic drinks. Service is always amazing !
