This place is somewhere you want to go for some fresh delicious tacos. You literally can customize EVERYTHING, easy ordering on an Ipad, and not break the bank. While the ambiance is no frills, I kinda appreciate that. At times you just want tasty, and efficient and we had that. I actually was amazed of the three staff working there. While we were waiting, there were a lot of third party take out orders and they didn't break stride. Everything is literally made to order so it can be quite stressful. They accommodated us in every way possible even when we personally messed up an order.We ordered flour tortilla tacos carnitas and barbacoa were better than chicken. At least for this time. Will...
I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant that values individuals and supports those in recovery or reentering society after incarceration to thrive professionally. Unfortunately, my lunch was so delicious that I didn't have time to snap any pictures. I enjoyed Barbacoa tacos, queso and chips, and a cane sugar cola. The food was exceptional and reasonably priced. The restaurant's mission is invaluable, promoting success for all. If you love Tex-Mex cuisine and believe in supporting individuals on their journey to success, I highly recommend dining here.
This restaurant is very average, possibly even below average. I only gave it 3 stars because the chicken was decent and they gave me extra (I paid for double chicken). However, the tortillas were soggy, they skimped on the sauce (which they also charge for), and the supposed 4-ounce side of rice was actually only 2.3 ounces. I only measured because it came in a container typically used for sauces. Just a heads up.
The Three Tacos were amazing, with a perfect rating of 10/10. However, the Unity Guac (2 oz, vegan, gluten-free) was disappointingly small and not worth it. I recommend asking for extra guacamole on the side with one of your items to save money, as the portion is very small - basically just a tiny deli cup with a spoonful of guacamole.

The HALT Nachos were delicious, but I didn't have the opportunity to try the Unity Snack Packs. However, I found the price of $6 for a small portion of Unity Guacamole (vegan, gluten-free) to be excessive. It was served in the same container as salsa verde. While the other prices were reasonable, the guacamole was not worth $6.
Completed the order quickly and tasted great. A little too much rice in the burrito still great. If you dont like soggy tortillas, ask for it on the side if you get a bowl.
awesome food. healthy and delicious. great quantity and value. I would totally be returning to Unity Taueria for the burrito bowl.

Big fan of this place, the portions are perfect. the burritos are rolled right. It’s not some giant wet chipotle
