I ordered delivery and it took 50 minutes. I requested chicken wings, chips, salad with mayo, and a chicken wrap with chili sauce. However, my order was missing the salad and mayo, and the salad in the wrap was terrible, so I only ate the chicken. When I called to complain, the person on the other end was rude and spoke over me. I am not planning on returning to this restaurant.
I will always go back to USA chicken for a good and reliable “classic takeaway”. I have never had an issue with the food quality. We are obsessed with the spicy sauce! We would buy it from you by the bottle, please never get rid of it! The only slight downside is delivery isn’t the fastest, around an hour most times and longer at “peak” times.
Ok I love a mix kabab but please do not buy one from here, £15 got me a nice salad, tough piter bread. The meat the bit I love the most was over cooked dry and some even burnt. How can Donna meat be so dry it’s a fatty meat. The chilli sauce was ok.

This restaurant is fantastic. The food was hot and crispy, and the kitchen staff were friendly and professional. It is the best place to eat in Haverhill.
