I am in Brisbane for couple of weeks and this cute place got my attention. The first time I ate there, it was awesome - I had ordered PESTO ROSSO.
Impressed I went again the next day and ordered RATATOUILLE. It is supposed to have fresh eggplant and the chef did not bother to either add eggplant or inform me that they are not gonna add - I don't know if they were out or whatever. I would have expected them to at least inform me. I came back quite disappointed.
I again went there today and as I had liked PESTO ROSSO, decided to order the same. The chef this time was busy small talking around and did not even bother to ask me about chillies, garlic or stuff like that. And I ended up dislikin...
I had dinner here tonight with family. Whilst I appreciate the concept (and will acknowledge my meal was delicious), the service (for pasta) is ridiculous. Tonight I stood in a queue and waited for 35 minutes to get a serve of pasta. Members of my family were waiting for a large portion of this time whilst their pizza went cold so as to be able to eat together.Ingredients are fresh and food well prepared, but the restaurant seriously needs to consider a buzzer system for meals that will take over a certain time. Until a better system is implemented I won't be returning.
I have been caught 3 times now ordering your proscuitto pizza and it turns up with HAM instead of prosciutto. So frustrating! I end up going here on busy work lunches with a few months gap in between and I go for my fav Italian dish, the prosciutto pizza. Why do you use HAM instead of prosciutto? Just change the name to HAM PIZZA!!!
you can have a different experience of Italian food there. they make the foods in front of you, the food is nice and fresh. the only issue is that it is almost always busy. you have to wait around 20 mins to get your food. but I recommend it if you go to Brisbane CBD.

My friend ordered pasta but i didnt btw i tasted some of my friends but it was pretty average which i feel i could make it better than this But i still want to try other pasta or pizza It looked cool and alot of ppl seem to like those so why not have a go again!!!
This is my favourite Italian restaurant. I love pastas and risottos there. I love it when they cook before your eyes. I also love the bread with olive oil. It's simple but so yummy in the restaurant. It's very noisy though. This is only downside of that.
Great food, freshly cooked and I mean fresh - you watch them cook it! This also means you can add or subtract from the basic recipe, more chilli, less garlic etc. Arrive early because even on a Tuesday, the restaurant was full.by 12.15
- Expensive for what it is- If you are expecting to have a dinner together then do not go as you spend a lot of time apart with one person waiting for the meal to be cooked (if you order anything bad pizza) - Hectic - Expensive alcohol

The concept is good, but sometimes very busy and you waste a lot of time waiting for your meal. It would be better if you could order and sit down, and collect it when its ready.
Food is great though!
Loved the menu options, the pizza we ordered was large and tasty. Liked the card system for ordering and paying for meals
