My husband and I were there on a Saturday night, first time there. The front staff did not explain how they work. You order your food by the door, walk down the line, order your drinks then pay, and you get a number, go sit yourself display your number and when your food is it up, they bring it out.We waited 45 minutes for our food, and the two tables next to us had been there longer they had wait closer to 1.5 hours with no food. One older lady had been waiting 2 hours just to get her take out bag. No apology from staff. Understaffed, mismanaged and no customer service.Not too mention the food. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The pasta, Chicken Parmesan, and Veal cutlets were all fantastic! The portions were huge and well worth the price. The Veal was particularly delicious and I would definitely order it again. The staff were friendly and the menu had a wide variety of options. I was pleased to see that they offer a gluten free pasta option. Although I didn't have the gelato this time, I will definitely try it next time as it looked delicious.

It looks too casual with a cafeteria style for ordering for food to be this good! The prices were very reasonable, and the food is prepared fresh and fast. The rose sauce on the pasta is excellent! It has daily specials, and is even licensed.They have more than pasta. There are paninis, salads, soups, wraps, as well as main course entrees, and desserts. The restaurant is clean and spacious. You order, pay, and seat yourself, then your order is delivered to your table.

After buying a Groupon and hearing good recommendations from a few friends my girlfriend and I decided to check the place out and could not have been more satisfied. Food was quickly made and fantastically prepped, and we were greeted by the owner at the end of our meal for a quick chat and a free brownie. Highly recommend eating here.

An interesting concept you walk in and order at the counter, pay, and then they bring out the food. I have been a couple of times and both times been happy with food (Pizza once and pasta once). It is very informal and relatively quick. I recommend if you are in hurry!

This place is set up so you order cafeteria style. The food is freshly made from good quality produce, so it tastes good. The prices are a little high for the style of restaurant it is in my opinion.

Finally checked out this gem for lunch on the weekend. We had great service and a tasty meal. Don’t forget to save room for the yummy donuts! Next time you are craving Italian check this place out.

All I can say is meh. This is an upscale sbarro and not that great food. Pizza was ridiculously bad. Sandwiches are ok but I just don't like the order style.
