Vietnamese Pho - Reserva de mesa

I picked up an assortment to take back to our apartment after a busy morning of sightseeing before we checked out. Here's what we had:Pork & saad baguette = fail (still ate it but it was greasy and salty)Pork & prawn rice paper roll = yummy and the peanut dipping sauce was good Chicken Po (chicken noodle soup) = Delish!! This came separately packaged ie rice noodles and chicken in one bow, broth in another and the fresh chilli and lime ready to squeeze. I had this with a lovely Tasmanian sav blanc and thoroughly enjoyed it - shame I had to share it with Hubby! This is best for take away although they do have tables but it's more like a food eatery than restaurant.

After an early morning flight from Sydney to Hobart , by the time we drove to our hotel and checked in it was close to lunch. Driving to nearby Battery Point, we chanced upon this resto which was still open. The place looked deserted though there were a couple of people who came in for take out. We chose our food cafeteria style and settled into our seats which reminded me more of our high school cafeteria. The food was passable but nothing great. Just good enough to keep us going for the next few hours.

I visited Vietnamese Pho after a hectic few days in Hobart to recharge my energies. The beef pho was good with staff happy to amend meal so it was gluten free. Unlike other feedback on TripAdvisor I did not detect any unhelpfulness. The place is simple - working more as a take away place than restaurant. It probably can't accommodate too many variations such as a typical restaurant.

I love their Noodle Soup _ Pho. Their only choice of soup but it is so authentic and so yummy. You can smell the nice food even when you walk outside the street. Their Diced Steak (Bo Luc Lac) is divine!!! Carefully cut small cubice pieces of steak were blended with a hint of lemon.. Woah! You definitely should try that with the noodle soup! Wow I am blown away by some of the negative reviews. We found the staff friendly and for what we paid it was very good Vietnamese food. The place is not flash but it was great for a quick lunch and seems more of a takeaway place. It reminded me of many places I have eaten at in Asia over the years. I would go back for a quick meal.

Came in on a cold day after a visit to the Salamanca Markets. Were pleasantly surprised as the food was hot, filling and kept our belies warm which we were grateful for given we were out in the cold a bit. Definitely well worth a visit and the price is reasonable

The spring rolls are shredded carrot inside. The chicken soup is made with beef broth. The place is a total mess. If your a tourist wanting out if the usual tourist fare don't do here.

After a big day, a bowl of slurpy noodle soup hit the spot. Bean spouts,herbs and chilli on the side, the soup was lightly seasoned.No problems with the service. Reserva una mesa ahora

Small plates and simplified Vietnamese food. Limited number of sauces. Clean place though. Wish you try real Vietnamese cousin get a different place

Very friendly service, and we loved the food. Good prices and good selection. Had we been longer in Hobart we would have returned. Next time?.
