Vieux-Valais da Nico

Wir waren während eines 4-Tages Aufenthalt zweimal dort essen. Zu Dritt beim ersten Besuch haben wir drei verschiedene Pasta/Risotto Gerichte bestellt. Alle waren sehr reichlich und unglaublich lecker. Auch das Anrichten der Teller, der dazu gereichte Parmesan und das Pizzabrot im Korb hat den Hauptgang abgerundet. Davor als Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses ein kleines Bruscietta für jeden. Da wir schon sehr satt waren gab es nur ein Zitronensorbet als Dessert. Auch dieses sehr reichlich, äußerst gut und mit Waffeln und Früchten super schön angerichtet. Wir wollten bei diesem herausragenden Italiener unbedingt auch pizza probieren, haben diese dann an einem Samstag nach dem Ultraks Race als to-go g...

Obwohl nicht reserviert, noch 4 Plätze um 1900 Uhr bekommen... das Servicepersonal trägt Masken und die Tische werden nach Konsumation desinfiziert! Uns fiel dies gleich auf, da in Zermatt diese leider selten getragen werden...Sehr schmackhafte Bruschetta als Gruss aus der Küche vorab erhalten! Anschliessend sehr gute Vorspeise mit guter genussvollen Salatsauce... Hauptspeise mit Pasta fresca war bombastisch!!!Der Espresso erinnerte an den letzten Italienurlaub und der Grappa dazu war hammermässig... der Wein war auch der absolute hammer und die Servierdame unglaublich aufmerksam und sehr sympathisch freundlich!!!Einfach ein hammermässiges Restaurant mit bombastischen Erinnerungen an Italien...

we looked past the nico’s spontaneously. the restaurant was well visited, but we still got a nice table. you could watch the pizzaiolo directly at his craftsmanship.I would recommend a reservation.We ordered 2x pasta, once vegetarian and once with ragou and meatballs. fresh, handmade pasta, great sauces, lots of sweet and meat. Just top! There was also a small gruss from the kitchen, Bruscetta.Even if it is served to eat superleckeres brot from pizzateig.The staff was, with a take-off (the dame might have just a bad day,?) friendly and on zack. quick service and nice ambiance.The prices were for disassembled completely in order.

the reviews of tripadvisor have led us to this restaurant and we have not been disappointed! we had not reserved, but there were still 2 places on the theke, where you sat very nicely. at the beginning we have received a bruschetta as a greeting from the kitchen. the pizza was excellent (pizza with mushrooms and truffles) and has tasted as in italy! also the espresso was very good. the services were Italian origin, very friendly, and have contributed to an authentic atmosphere. reservation is absolutely recommended! we will come back! Einfach Top Top herzlicher Empfang von Francesca. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Das Mittagsmenü zubereitet von Nico absolute Spitze. Mit sehr viel Liebe präsentiert und sehr lecker. Preis und Leistung stimmen zu 100%. Edler Prosecco und guter Wein. Die Sicherheitsbestimmungen werden zu 100% eingehalten. Immer gerne wieder komme ich nach Zermatt in dieses schöne Lokal. Der absolute Geheimtipp in Zermatt. Reservation von Vorteil.

Im Restaurant fühlt man sich wie in einer Familie und die tolle Stimmung im Team ist spürbar. Die Bedienung und die Beratung sind sehr freundlich und ehrlich (z.B. wenn nach einer Empfehlung für einen Grappa gefragt wird).Da es nicht sehr viele Tische hat, ist eine Reservation fast unausweichlich. An dem Abend, als wir dort waren, mussten mehrere Gäste abgewiesen werden, die keine Reservation getätigt hatten.

we were last week with our grandchildren eating three times in the pizzeria vieux valais, we were thrilled each time about the quality of the food! our grandchildren found that the pizzas were the best they had eaten so far.The entire service is absolute tip, in this pizzeria is the gast still king! also the chef and the pizzaiolo were always very courteous.

Wer gerne italienisch in der Schweiz essen möchte, kann ich dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich. Die Speisekarte verspricht auch einiges. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Pizzas sind toll. Auch Kinder sehr willkommen. Gutes Ambiente für einen perfekten Abend unbedingt reservieren. Reserva una mesa ahora

well maintained restaurant with dedicated employees and an attractive menu. very accommodating and attentive service. we assen salad with garnel and tris di pasta. everything tasted very good. we will like to take this restaurant back into consideration.

we have been going into this pizzeria for many years and have always been greeted with handbeat. eating is excellent and there are also large portions. the service is very friendly! can't complain to me
