The Pad Thai was particularly disappointing; the noodles were dry and mushy, and the sauce was excessively tangy—though it's possible that the late pickup contributed to this issue. This restaurant is outstanding! I used to live nearby and visited frequently. Even though I’ve moved, I enjoy dropping in from time to time. Their chicken pho, fresh veggie spring rolls, and incredibly crunchy veggie egg rolls are all fantastic and never fail to impress! It’s wonderful to find a place that feels like home. I ordered the Pho Ga (chicken) at Got Pho and was disappointed with the small portion for the price of $13.25. While the broth was flavorful, there weren't enough onions, and the chicken was overcooked. I didn't try the lunch specials, but they appeared to offer better value. The cream cheese puffs didn't appeal to me either. Being alone for dinner resulted in slower service compared to the larger groups around me. I also noticed a lack of Asian customers, which made me feel out of place in Highland Park, where the atmosphere felt pretentious and snobby. I absolutely love this restaurant! Their lunch and dinner specials are fantastic. You receive a small soup, a couple of cream cheese wontons, an egg roll, your choice of fried or white rice, broccoli, and your entree. It's definitely enough for two meals. The egg roll is incredibly flavorful, and the egg drop soup isn’t neon yellow—it's quite enjoyable! Even my wife, who usually doesn't like egg drop soup, thinks it's great. I highly recommend trying the sesame chicken; it’s crispy and delicious, not soggy or overly breaded.

Vina is a Highland Park staple for Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The food is freshly prepared and served quickly, with friendly staff who genuinely care. I witnessed one of the male staff members assist an elderly man who was lost and without a phone. He called a cab for him, stayed by his side while waiting, and even walked him to the car to ensure he got in safely. This level of kindness alone makes it worth dining here, in addition to the delicious food.
Vina offers a great selection of noodle dishes, just what I was hoping for. Our group enjoyed the Singapore Noodles with shrimp, which had the perfect balance of curry and spice, along with pho, sesame chicken that wasn’t overly sweet, and egg foo young. Everything was delicious. The restaurant has convenient parking and friendly staff. I also noticed many takeout orders, so it’s clearly a popular spot for takeout as well.

I only had a bowl of pho so can't really give it a full experience. The pho was alright tho. But if you're looking more drinks like bubble tea or smoothe while you're eating here then this is not the place for you. But do give it a try.
The fried rice was excellent, and so was the pho! The egg roll was tasty, and the spring roll was decent.
