We were disappointed to find that the pizza oven was out of order when we arrived. It would have been helpful if someone had informed us of this beforehand. Additionally, we had to wait 40 minutes for our meals, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. This was a disappointing experience, especially since we had been very impressed during our previous visits.
Ordered for 4 people. Food came out at differing times with about 15 minute intervals. Lambretta burger says peri chicken but was plain. Drinks took an age and was only cokes and lemonades so nothing too hard to make. Server took 15% off as he could see we only had half our food. Disappointing really as it wasn’t too busy.
I was really shocked by my experience! The service was very poor, even though the restaurant was quiet. I waited an hour for my food, and the only explanation I received was that they were short-staffed in the kitchen. However, the service in the front of the house was also extremely slow!
many items are not available in the menu. I traveled to order. two meals returned as not properly cooked and cold. had to hunt these meals when they did not return. when they came back, were not cooked properly yet! well made burger nor pink and cold inside! can not be eaten. Reserva una mesa ahora
awful service took nearly 45 minutes to get the bill, didn’t ask how our food was. Or even ask if we wanted a desert or anymore drinks, will not be dining here again and the food wasn’t good at all
Great meal, we wasn’t rushed or expected to leave our table quickly. Was lovely and relaxed and made a great New Year’s Eve for me and my family!
