I made a dinner reservation for 5 people tonight. We all arrived on time, were given menus, and selected our meal choices. At the time, we were the only group in the restaurant. Three other customers came in after us. We waited 30 minutes for our waiter, who never returned. We tried to get the attention of another waiter to place our order, but after another 15 minutes passed without any service, we decided to leave. This was disappointing, as Vitale's used to be a favorite spot for dining with friends. We had our rehearsal dinner here many years ago and were surprised by the lack of service. This place had some decent reviews so thought of giving it a try. We’ve ordered Lobster ravioli pasta, Chicken parm, Fried ice cream. Ravioli was fantastic onto to the point I must say. Chicken parm was just about average. Fried ice cream sucks, the worst I had in-fact. Tomato basil soup was good and the bread was really warm and tasty. Parking was not a problem for us as we went there on Monday. They have good number of parking spaces but on the weekends that just might not be enough. Staff were attentive and the service was good.
This restaurant was hands down the best dining experience we've ever had. It was perfect for our large group, and the owner even waited outside for our motorcoach to arrive. The service was exceptional and the portion sizes were huge. Overall, it was simply the best! They provided parking for our 45-foot motorcoach and the average price per person for dinner was $30-50.
This was my first time ordering from Vitales, and I can say for a fact it won’t be my last. The linguini in white clam sauce was phenomenal and the Zuppa Di Pesce was great too! The portions are huge for what it is and can definitely feed two per pasta. I will definitely be coming again

Me and my date thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience it was a last minute decision to go out, reservations were a breeze the waiter we had was very attentive the food was delicious we decided to go back again..I would highly recommend this restaurant.
