Horrible experience. Employees unprofessional and customer service was terrible. Came in on a Sunday morning to the Brentwood, CA location last weekend (5/10/23) it was only me and my boyfriend there. Had to wait until someone finally came out of the back to take our order, which took 5 minutes, took our order and we waited patiently 10 minutes for one small smoothie and a juice. We checked in on it but all 4 employees were in the back room just talking amongst themselves not making any orders, or coming out to let us know a timeline. We checked on our drinks, but all four employees were in the back room chatting and not preparing any orders or updating us on the status. There were no DoorDash orders or pickups happening, so it was just our order that needed to be made. After waiting another fifteen minutes, we had to wave them down to ask about our drinks again, but they brushed us off to take orders from five new customers who had just arrived instead of completing ours first.

California Food Allergy Law dictates that the top 8 should be made knowledgeable to food being prepared to customers. Yet the employees had a reluctant and also rude attitude toward inquiries as to whether or not their ingredients contained some of the top 8.Some of their boosts include Pea Protein, and Whey Protein, for example. These typically are never sold 100% pure and commonly contain Soy Lecithin. Brentwood Vitality Bowl...This use to be one of my favorite healthy places to go to, and I would always order a large bowl but, I have been noticing that they don't fill it to the top.Basically, if you order a large, they fill it with açaí only half way then they add the filling. To sum it up, they don't top it off. It doesn't seem as if I'm getting a good value for my money in regards with the acai bowls. So now, we're just ordering drinks VS before I use to order both acai bowls and drinks. Service is always excellent...and a nice to hang out too. Delicious food! Really friendly staff! Especially the owners, they were very accommodating and seemed to care a lot about their customers. I love having a healthy place nearby that 's also tasty. Most of the healthy places nearby aren 't really healthy, but Vitality Bowls is truly healthy. Their bowls are made fresh when you order so I can take off anything I like and they don 't add sugar or dairy like all other places. It 's also a super pretty store, it 's always clean and there 's always places to sit.
I thought I found the perfect place to get a vegetarian wrap well today I went and I got home and started eating my vitality wrap and it was super chewy and crunchy and so I spit out what was in my mouth and the quinoa and rice mix was like they scared the bottom of the pot or something it was so awful I didn't want to finish it. It was like the bottom on the pot it was gross. Not sure if I will be going back to get the wrap again so disappointed because before it was so good
I just experienced what was undoubtedly the worst salad I've ever had. I ordered the steak chimichurri grain bowl from Vitality Bowls, but they forgot to include my extra steak. The quinoa and rice mix was a mushy mess, and the roasted potatoes were completely soggy. How can you even end up with soggy potatoes?! Oh my goodness! This is what I get for trying to be healthy.
I have COVID haven't been able to nourish myself without feeling nauseous or deprived (soup will never fill me up). I got the greens smoothie and a chicken panini.... 1st time I've been able to eat. I feel better. As soon as I drunk the smoothie it's like I could feel my body come alive.Clean food but still soo soo tasty.I can't say enough good things
