a really wonderful place with Soviet and GDR decoration everywhere. looks like real items, absolutely no cheaper kitsch. I personally appreciate that very much, there is almost a museum feeling to the place. the waiter (the older man with the gray hairs, from which I think he is also the owner himself) was very friendly and seemed to be surprised that we have spoken German? still only tourists. perhaps the place plays a real role in communicative policy? I had no opportunity to ask. we just went around after darkness in wismar and came completely surprised at this place, one of the most warm and cozy small bars I visited in Europe.
Looks very funny from the outside, I can't give an assessment from the inside, because just at the moment when we were in front of the door at 8:00 p.m., the outside lighting was switched off and the door was closed.
