I visited this restaurant last week to try their brats and was initially ignored. However, when I finally received assistance, the cowboy brats were amazing, so I have no complaints about the food. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I was greeted in the same unfriendly manner as before. I had to be the one to initiate conversation with the workers both times, as they seemed to just stare blankly when customers walked in. Additionally, the worker who wrapped my jerky did not wear gloves and even took a piece to eat while weighing mine. This was quite concerning. When I requested 2 lbs of ground beef, the same worker, still without gloves, rubbed/itched his eye and then proceeded to handle...
I do not recommend this restaurant. They mistakenly delivered the wrong order totaling 51 pounds. Instead of correcting their mistake, they expected me to drive nearly 2 hours to return the meat. They were unwilling to make the effort to correct their error by coming to me.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while now. They always serve delicious steaks, especially when Joe, the master cutter, prepares specialty steaks for me and my guests. The quality of the meat and service is top-notch!
Do NOT bring a deer here to get processed. Somehow they lost nearly all the tenderloins and blatantly lied to us claiming it wasn't any good. Further lied by saying it was shot in the back even though it was the cleanest heart shot.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful! I was charged twice the amount that was quoted for the prime rib. When I asked about the seasoning, I didn't even receive an answer! I will never dine here again.
Great experience! Gentleman helping me got what I needed within minutes and I left with a God Bless and Happy Easter from him! So nice that there are still great people out here!!!!
I was sold turkey that was expired at this restaurant. They completely ruined my Christmas dinner, and there is no excuse for not issuing a refund.
I used to go here all the time but they want fully vaccinated people to wear masks. I might come back when they lift this ridiculous mandate.
