Waba Grill - Reservar una mesa

I tried to redeem a reward on the Waba app at this location. I wanted a steak bowl ; however, the server told me that the reward was only good for a $7.99 chicken bowl. After I got the receipt, I noticed that it said that I was able to receive a Fee Entree up to $8.99. The steak bowl I wanted was $8.99 so I asked the server if I could switch my order. She said no, the reward was only good for a chicken bowl. I insisted and she called her manager and was told the same thing. I let them know that this was false advertising, but they blamed the reward redemption issue on their system. At this point, I was tired of arguing over $1.00 and I left the store. UPDATE 12/20/2021 11:09 AM a different cashier girl was courteous polite, and explained me that this store sells red sauce in a mini cup for .60 ¢ each. i think that acceptable, but SB store gave me 2 Mini cups free. family meal ordered. Red sauce not strong enough (see pic not red red like other stores do).. sigh.. but acceptable since employee was not rude like last time . Horrible Customer Service Experiences. Every time I come to this place, the employees are so inconspicuous and unstoppable. You have not even taken care of welcoming costumers and finally also screwing up your order. Could you also go to the subway next door?.
