It's Waffelhaus, and it's consistent no matter the location. The service was good, and the staff were helpful, but there were only three people working during a busy time, which resulted in a wait for tables and takeout orders. It's not fair to blame the employees for the situation.
The staff did not acknowledge us when we entered the restaurant. The place appeared dirty, and the staff wiped down our table from the kitchen side, causing food to fall onto the seat.
